The Foundation course is run over 2 days - usually Saturday and Sunday starting at 09:30am till 5:30pm (approx) each day with a half hour lunch break and coffee break both morning and afternoon. Course content includes:- the definition of HYPERTON-X and how it developed; the theory of Hyperton-X; evaluation procedures; reactive muscles; the test and correction of muscles and much more. The muscles are divided into groups ie. The Primary muscles, the Secondary muscles and the Auxiliary muscles and these are assessed and corrected throughout the two days. There will be demonstrations of the test and correction of the muscles involved followed by student practice. Also included will be - shielding, alarm priority points and simple Emotional Stress Release. The course also includes a very comprehensive manual and is Sanctioned by the UK & International Kinesiology Foundation.
The Advanced course is run over a period of 3 days. Again, this usually is at the weekend including either the Friday or Monday. This course also includes an extremely comprehensive manual. Hyperton-X 3 section 1 includes; Revision of the main concepts of Hyperton-X; Pressure pads - Feet, buttock, thighs and their effect on body/mind integration; Intercostals and Rib cage problems.
Section 2 includes Advanced muscle concepts; Five minute balancing and Sports/Specific movements.
Section 3 (HT-X 3a) Is made up from:- Hypertonic skin; Hypertonic joints; Reactive muscles/skin; Traction and Compression.
